Hello,
I'm having some problems to get tamplates from cloud templates browser, no template appears on it.
If I try to search, the following error message appears:
It’s possible the API servers were down, but everything appears to be working now. Can you try again, and if you’re still having issues I’ll take it up with the team in charge.

We’re currently migrating cloud templates over to the Exchange - they should be available there soon, but I’ve asked for an update on the original cloud templates server, which seems to be down right now.
java.lang.Exception: Error retrieving templates. Please try again.

Yes, because cloud templates are no more. Any cloud templates that were previously published have been migrated over to the Ignition Exchange, but as private templates, so it’s up to the original author to make them public. Once they do, you can download them from the exchange and import them into the designer.
I didn’t make this decision, but we’ve pulled down the server that hosted the original backend for the cloud templates, and have no plans to put it back up, so the Exchange is the official solution.
