It would be nice when scripting if there was a dropdown menu that had all of the java script commands and expression functions sorted by type and an explination of each one. Then if you clicked a feature it auto-inserted into your script at your cursor location with required fields empty and highlighted. Then also having each function have keywords so that you could utilize a search bar to find the function you want if you only have a general idea of what you are trying to do. These would just be a great help. Thank you!
When in the script editor, try typing system. and then pressing . This displays a list of all possible libraries. If you move the cursor down to a library and press it will write the selected library name into your script and update the list with all the functions in that library. Highlighting a function will display help for that function.
