I am not able to see my coil tag values in the OPC Quick Client section.

Have you created an address mapping?

Or just created tags in the Ignition Designer? Or neither?

Ignition’s native Modbus driver doesn’t offer built-in browsing. Did you define aliases for the coils?

If you want to be able to browse your Modbus device, you might consider my alternate driver:
