We are running 7.8.2 and in one of our plants I have noticed that the command bar at the top of the client has dimmed and is unresponsive. The project (graphics etc) is all working but no one can log in or our or exit the program. This has happened on around 5 PC’s.
Any ideas please?
We’ve been having issues with our ctrl-s search shortcut on site for ages. Users report that it just randomly stops working. It’s been happening for almost 3 years.
I have just seen it for the first time today and it seems to be because of this - the menu bar is greyed out as you describe. You can’t click on anything in the menu bar and it won’t open with keyboard shortcuts either. Shortcuts defined by menu items also stop working (which is why our search stops working).
