Hey hive mind - looking for comments/experiences that folk have had with documenting components for their projects. I am guessing that many of us folk have a small stable of perspective or vision components that we use from project to project – how are people documenting these for other team members to use? Are you documenting them in ignition? In a separate internal document? Not looking for anyone to spill their secret sauce of amazing perspective wizardry - just asking out of curiosity and penchant for future planning.
As of 5/31, there is a Documentation available to all resources. While components are not resources, Views are, and it sounds like you might be using Views as specialized components. If you right-click the named View node (not the root node), then there should be a Documentation option available in the context menu:
