Why did you clear your post? Now the topic makes no sense. You should revert your edit and instead add a new reply with how you resolved it to help others with a similar issue

Sorry mate i was planning to cancel the ticket but unable to find it....Why i close the ticket was i found the scripting is case sensitive and found the issue with one letter... this resolved the issue.
