Component Security Setting Does not Show up!

I am trying to assign security to a button! I selected the button and right click and choose security, but nothing shows up to configure it .
I have tried other ways. For example, select the component, then choose from menu show security.
Also, I have tried the four dots " Panel chooser" (on the left down corner) and select and tick security setting, still does not work??

You could also try resetting the panels:

Navigate to the upper menu of Designer and select View > Reset Panels

This Solved the problem
I do not know how to delete the folder !!

Cache folder is located in your user directory. C:\Users\<your user>\.ignition if you're using Windows. To clear the cache you delete .ignition folder and it will be created again upon your next launch.

Thank you very much. It shows up now following your instruction. However, the Exempt role does nit show the roles that are set up
