Configure Project fault

Guys I had to do a system restore on my computer. Now I have a problem launching designer ‘Unable to launch application’.

Also when I try to view projects under Configuration - Projects the web page comes back with an internal error.

I can start designer from the web page but when I try to open project it comes back with an error ‘Unable to load project’

Win Xp and latest version of Ignition.

Guys not sure what happened but I got it going again by replacing the settings file from an autobackup version. When I replaced those files, all is now OK.
