Is it possible to ask for a confirmation in a Momentary button using Control Value to send just one pulse ? Or maybe using other button type, but I need just one pulse after the confirmation. 
You are asking for grief. Search the forum for “Momentary” for numerous discussions on the pitfalls of any kind of on-off operation separated by any amount of time.
Consider using a regular button with an actionPerformed script that increments a PLC register (odometer-style), and have the PLC interpret that event as a “pulse” whenever it changes.
