Connect a MQTT server

HI I’m student I’m trying connect a MQTT server with a Java program, I have a suscriptor and publish in code Java.
When I connect a suscriptor in a server MQTT and I send a message with the publish a message the conection it’s ok.
but when I try to send a message with a ignition tag with the follow instrucción “system.cirruslink.engine.publish(“Chariot SCADA”,“ac”,str(“da”).encode(),0,0)” it bloks the conection and the suscriptor doens’t recibe never more.
There are anybody anybody that can help me?
