Connected Protocol: PCC

Hi I’m seeing device with Status Connected Protocol: PCC. Do anyone have an idea what does this mean? or the root cause of this?

It generally means it couldn’t connect via Ethernet/IP and is trying to fall back on the legacy protocol. Usually means there’s a network problem between the gateway and device. Presumably could also be due to very old firmware. Has it ever connected?

Consider using a firewall to block TCP port 2222 (the legacy protocol port) between your gateway and the device.
