Connecting to a designer after moving from 8.1.35 to 8.1.47

I have a Perspective project in an Amazon AWS EC2 instance. I can connect to the designer just fine.

When i go to open a specific Perspective screen in the designer it just remains in the "connecting" state.

Also when I open some of the screens I get the following error:

I recently exported this project from 8.1.35 and imported it into 8.1.47.

Is this a corruption issue with the project or something else? Any insight is appreciated.

I'm guessing there's a more fundamental underlying problem. Can you get a full export of the client logs (or send it in to support)?

Import OS: Linux

Yes, I have full access to the gateway and underlying EC2 instance which I forgot to mention is running Linux as the OS.

We started configuring this late last week. Do you think support is the best path to go?

Support might be easiest. I suspect you've just got a JxBrowser initialization problem; that would be entirely "client" side (wherever your designer is running) - maybe an overzealous IT block or something. It's odd that it's only happening on some views and not all, but support could help isolate things and troubleshoot more in depth.

Yes, this customer requires whitelists for everything. We opened port 8088 but nothing else.
