I have two Hardy Scales communicating to my Igntion Gateway using Modbus TCP/IP. (PN#: HI4050-PM-AC-MD-N2-N3). I can successfully get a connection to these scales within the gateway. However, they periodically dropout briefly before regaining connection. This occurs even with a connection timeout of up to 45 seconds. Is it possible there is a setting which was missed in the configuration of these devices on the gateway that could be causing this?
Are you successfully reading data from the scales at regular intervals? Or just created a device connection.
It successfully connects and we get data. The only issue is a periodic loss of connection on only 1/2 scales. They are configured the same way.
Hmm, probably need to wireshark it then and upload your capture file here for further analysis.
