Hello! I have hit a bit of a road block with trying to connect with this Metasys SNE 10502. The device has the ability to communicate though BACnet/IP but I have yet to have luck getting ignition to initialize the connection. I have reviewed and re-reviewed the local and remote device configurations to ensure that is all right. I have verified that there is no firewall blocking those ports and the remote and local subnets can communicate. I was hoping someone has had luck connecting this device with Ignition and could give me a hand. Thanks!
