Many times i find that the ‘chart’ becomes red, with an overlay meaning connection lost. Clients are really Pissed
It becomes normal after 2-3 seconds.
I am attaching the log file .[attachment=0]err_log_hist.pdf[/attachment]
This happens in both Windows and Linux clients
I use MySQL on Windows Server

Can you get a logs.bin.gz exported from the gateway web console?
