Console error wont resolve - MES production model error

HI,

IM using an earlier version of ignition (7.6.4) and V1 of Sepesoft MES.

At some point our console fault log is continually peppered with production recorder error for an infeed counter in the MES it appears.

However I cannot seem to resolve this one, have tried a few things.

Any assistance from anyone who understands the MES in more detail would be much appreciated.

Well what is the actual Indeed counter for line 1 reading as? That is where I would start.

As i touched on, I have checked the infeed counter raw tag and the production MES counters (as far as I can see int eh tag list) and none are negative?
