I have noticed that if a tag begins with an underscore it does not seem to show up in the OPC tag or SQL tag browser in Ignition. Not a major issue as the tag can be mapped to a new tag without an underscore in the PLC.

You are correct. ControlLogix tags that begin with an underscore will be supported in the next development release.
