Copy Motor/Valve Structure Tags & Popup Screens from One project to another

I have one project created in Ignition 7.9. I want to Copy Motor/Valve Structure Tags (UDT Tags) & Popup Screens from One project to another for saving time. Is it possible to copy this item from one project to another project?

You can use the export/import function for both tags and windows.
