CPU Usage Frozen

The CPU usage on our gateway has frozen at 32% for the past few hours:

I can't imagine this is accurate. Any ideas on how to fix this?

IIRC, this a know bug on Windows with certain versions. What OS/version are you using?

I'm running Windows Server 2019

I think this changelog is related, so it might not be fixed yet:

I'm on 8.1.23. I'll give this a little time and see if it resolves itself
