Create a docked view with custom corner priority

There is a requirement for me to have a custom corner priority as shown in the picture.

But options I noticed are:

Already @joostjojo created a feature request, Seems it's not a big issue for many.
So, Happy to experiment any suggestions ?

Now the corner priority for docked views can be: Left-right Top-bottom I want to set the corner priority for the header to Top-bottom But at the footer I want to set the priority to Left-right.

is a forum topic, not a feature request. Putting [Feature] in the topic title doesn't make it a feature request. Those must be created on the Ideas site that I linked.
