Create gateway scheduled scripts in a perspective client session

Is there a way to create a gateway scheduled script in a perspective client session ?

I wouldn't want users to be able to write scripts and be able to affect the gateway.

What is the use case?

Our client want to start/stop remotely an MQTT device (automaton) depending on a scheduler. To start/stop we have to run a script.

Then I would write a script that fires and does this action when the scheduler turns a tag on or off. If they remotely change the value of that tag, all that would happen is what you write in your script. I certainly wouldn't want a user to be able to write their own scripts.
