Creating Ignition Alarm Notification Pipelines

Hello,
I'm working to set up alarms in a Perspective module and am currently stuck on how to set up the alarm notification pipeline for the following condition

I have multiple tags for each machine that shows the current press status which is based on the speed of the press 0= stopped 1-50= idle and 50 + = run. The other tag is a tag history that shows how long the press has been in the current status.

I am trying to set up an alarm that will send out an alarm to the on call staff when a press has been down for more than 10 minutes.

I'm unsure how to set up an alarm to meet these conditions. Can anyone point me to any resources that may help?

In the tag that has the alarm, use 'Below Setpoints' mode.

Then add a Active delay of 600 seconds (10 minutes).

Make sure to select the pipeline you want to run when that alarm does activate.
