Creating URLs in ignition

Hi,
I have a general doubt , is there any way for creating URL's in ignition without use of perspective or vision?

What do you mean, "Creating URLs"?
Do you mean, "Can Ignition act as an application web server separately from Perspective or Vision?"
Please explain what you are trying to do.

Note: The forum software has interpreted system.net as https:system.net which is not what you mean. You meant the Igntion functions, system.net | Ignition User Manual.

So, you want to expose Ignition to the Internet (a security risk) to act as a webserver to accept data being pushed from another data source?
