I am fairly new to ignition and have been working on learning how to access Historical Data. I tried to install CTG so that during run time historical data could be added to a trend. However I have not been able to get the addon to work. I get error from all of the windows that that CGI added. I may have missed something during setup. I followed the steps in the download but no luck. Each window I opens through a different error. But I imagine all the the reason all the CGI windows are error out is the same thing.
What are the errors you are receiving. Please post the entire stack trace.
