Couldn't find any documentation on this. But does anyone know if it is possible to create a custom notification class in Perspective?

Are you asking as an end user/working through the designer, or as a module developer?
For the former, there's Exchange resources that can help: Ignition Exchange | Inductive Automation
(Though these aren't 'true' first party toasts)

For the latter, there's no supported way to access the API to my knowledge. @bmusson might have tried before?

I've poked around at the NotificationStore, and I think you'll have to really hack at it to get it to do what you want.
