Custom Parameter vs Memory Tag for UDT metadata

Hi Everyone
I am designing our project UDTs and we want to add some information like description, location, fault finding URLs etc… for each object.

Custom Properties looks like a natural place to put it but memory tags or a nested UDT would be more flexible to make them more dynamic if need be.

Anyone have any pros and cons for custom properties vs memory tags?

If they are going to be static (generally) once established for a tag, I’d lean towards custom properties.
