Hi,
Created custom security level in Gateway security level. When I tried to login its not logged in. If am using default roles it's working fine. Any settings need to do activate the custom role settings. Attached image for reference.
You need to create a user and assing that user a role, they will then be at these security levels.

In roles created same. Created new user and assigned the role also. Even it's not working.
