Custom Style for Perspective Symbols

Is there a way to modify or create custom styles for the state of a perspective symbol?
The built in ones are a good starting point, but from a design perspective they won't fit in with a lot of customers color palette requirements.

For example in the case of a motor the customer wants:
White for default
Green for running
Gray for stopped
Orange without flashing for faulted

Custom states for symbols is a feature that's actively in development, and will likely be available soon (possibly as soon as 8.1.26).

The stylesheet is available now and will allow you to change the state styles.
