Cyrillic fonts in alarm name

Hi

Tag import does not work when having cyrillic fonts in csv file.
Is there any way to make this work or do we have to write these in manually in tags?

Unfortunately they have to be entered manually at this time.

The problem has to do with the import/export functions dealing explicitly with ASCII character set encoding which can’t represent the Cyrillic character set.

We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Hi,

This has been fixed (hopefully) in 7.1.8. Basically, we’ve improved unicode support in tag export/import, so you shouldn’t have a problem.
