Data format in Data Types

It seems that using a parameter for EngUnit now works, but a substitution for data format does not.

This causes a lot of extra data types (kind of kills the idea), or causes a lot of overriding on the instance. Is this something that can be addressed?

I re-opened the ticket for you to include FormatString too.
