Date Range innacurate time bar

When the Date Range component is zoomed in to display a range of x hours I have noticed when dragging the slider to a required time the actual time selected and displayed can be upto 3/4 hour different than where the slider has been left?

I was able to reproduce this in 7.5.8. I am making a ticket internally for the developers to take a look at it.
