Date Time Input Value Binding

Is it possible to bind the value from a Date Time Input component to a memory tag so that it is the same globally on all of the clients and retains it’s selected value through a save? The data type of the value is a unix timestamp and that doesn’t seem to behave well with any memory tag type.

My apologies for some reason this wasn’t working yesterday but is now working binding the value to a datetime memory tag.
