Daylight savings time - I'm a few days late

I noticed in the trend when I look at Sunday morning (we fall back an hour for dst), there are two 1am’s, is this a bug with the trend or the historian? Any work arounds as its throwing off the data analysis. thanks!

Not a bug. When the clock falls back (forward is in the spring) at 2am, you repeat the 1am hour in the adjusted time zone. The chart is correct. If your analysis cannot handle the 25 hour day (or the 23 hour day in the spring), the analysis is broken.

The sql scripts work fine but every other person on the floor gets thrown off looking at the trend.

I would say "the time changed on Sunday" and then combine an eye roll and a shrug. Might even dramatize the eye roll a bit.

Hmmm. Eye rolls and shrugs don't carry over a phone line. Probably have to throw in some vocal stress....

Change the client timezones to UTC and have some fun. At least they won't complain about times doubling up

Also, they’ll love if you move to Perspective. Double times is a standard feature regardless of DST
