I have a database authentication for the user/roles
Every now and again the users can’t log on
When I go to check authentication profile it is still there with no users/roles
I deleted it and add a new database profile with the same name and connected to the same database and all users and roles return with out having to type them in again.
Any idea why this happens?
Using Ignition 7.6.4
yet again this has happen for no apparant reason.

I delete the authectication profile, add another, same name and connect to same database and all users are now there again without typing all the username and passwords
Would you be able to export the gateway console logs and attach to this post? From what you have described there seems to be an error with the database connection. I wouldn’t know for sure until I took a look at the gateway console logs.

This has worked ok for the last 3 weeks and has now failed again. it is becoming a serious issue for our client.
