Delay of Alarm Message when an Operator answers a call

An Operator brought up that when he answers the alarm dialer, the alarm message begins to quickly and has a hard time hearing the alarm information. I was wondering if it is possible to add a delay to actual alarm message (not a delay to the Alarm pipeline) so that when a call is answered the Alarm Message waits about 3 seconds before it is read to the Operator.

Furthermore, is it possible to add a phone key input that allows the message to be repeated? This would be similar to the system asking the Operator to enter there personal code to acknowledge. Here is an example of what this might sound like, “At 3:00pm, alarm high level at Influent Pump Station transitioned to active. Please enter your personal code followed by the pound key or press 7 to repeat the message”.

You should make formal feature requests at the Ideas Portal so they can be tracked and the community can vote on them.

In the meantime awaiting a proper fix, can you make it say something useless at the start of the message to act as a delay? Like “hello, how are you? “

Twilio supports Pause length, is there a way to inject that in the message? We don't use Twilio so not sure how it plays with Ignition, just a thought.
