Demo'ing Ignition , netmeeting and livemeeting display issue

Recently I’ve been giving demos of some of the screens we use at our plant to folks around the country. I’ve noticed that using netmeeting/livemeeting is a bit of a crap shoot. Generally the screen doesn’t completely update on the user end so they can’t see what I’m doing.

Has anyone else run into this(and found a solution) or found a better product to use for remote demo?

We use GoToMeeting (gotomeeting.com) for our web demos and support calls. No issues so far.

Try turning the “Disable DirectDraw” setting on in the Gateway Settings.
