Hi All
I’ve ran into this issue quite a few times now and thought I’ll reach out for some help. When I launch a designer (for ignition 8.1) through the designer launcher (1.1.5) and try to save the project I get this screen and this error popup. (the image on the background is one of my perspective views)
I tried resetting my trial period and refreshing the webpage but nothing changes.
What could be going wrong? Is it because I launch the designer from a remote server and not from my local or does it have something to do with my computer configuration?
I’ve also had the designer shutting down abruptly and lost some of my work even though I hit the save button every now and then.
