In Designer, I create a new Project.
But Project has no Perspective in Designer?
In Gateway ,Module is Active.
Look at the Designer logs for errors. There was probably an error loading the Perspective module on your system.

Call tech support, I had the same problem. There is something that doesn’t get set or unset and you have to fix an ini file or something, I wasn’t watching well enough I had multiple fires at same time.

1、Gateway-Home- Launch Desiger ,click to Designer can see the Perspective Tree.
2、Open Designer - Always has no the Perspective Tree.
3、Open Designer - view Gateway ,find the default Browser is IE.
4、Then set the default Browser to Edge.
5、Open Designer again, Perspecitve Tree is show. It’s OK.
So I’m not following how to initialize the Perspective module in the tree again. Where is the default Browser setting. Sometimes the designer opens with Perspective, sometimes it doesnt.
All the stuff the OP did was irrelevant/a red herring. The Designer uses an embedded version of the Chromium browser called JxBrowser for Perspective. It doesn't use anything from the underlying operating system.
Look in your designer's logs on a startup where you don't see Perspective and you'll see a pretty clear failure/error message. Post that here in a new topic (or contact the support department) and we'll walk you through the general troubleshooting steps. The exact fix is going to vary, because everyone's environment is different, but most of the time it's some kind of IT/security software interfering.
That isn’t a designer log, that is a gateway log, and that is referring to line 12 of a script which would have nothing to do with Perspective not opening in Designer.

Clear your cache and download designer from designer launcher again, or call (official) support if this is urgent.
This is the most common reason, particularly on Windows. (Because IT must be insanely restrictive to secure it.)
