Designer Launcher Fails to Open Designer from Restored Backup Gateway

Hi All,

Someone on our team reports that a UDT in the tag browser got deleted (doesn't know how). We restored a backup of the production gateway from an earlier date to a local machine (with everything disabled) but are getting this error when trying to launch the designer:

Error launching application:
ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information

Any ideas??

I know the production machine has SSL stuff configured that probably isn't jiving well with the restored backup. I unchecked 'Require SSL' and 'Require Two Way Auth' gateway network settings but that didn't seem to help.
