Designer Loss/Gain Connection Screen Focus

Does anyone know if there is a method to prevent the designers from taking top priority on screen focus when a connection is lost or reconnected?

This is extremely annoying let’s say when you have 20 designers open and have to reconnect to a VPN.

I thought I was onto something with the Windows 11 Focus Assist, but that didn’t help the situation.

Wondering if someone knows of a method to stop this feature or if maybe IA could consider this as a feature request??? <— hint hint hint
