Is there a way to limit a designer to only a select list of projects? I have several projects that have sensitive information I would like to limit access to.

Unfortunately, no, there currently is not a way to disable any of the projects from being seen in the designer. If you have access to the designer, you have access to all of the projects.
Your best best in this case is to use multiple gateways. You can always link the projects using retarging to present a seamless experience to the end user.
