I’ve been getting repeated “Listing all available user roles” popups. They will come up often when right clicking on a Vision component in the project browser in the Designer, or when attempting to save my project. See below.
Any idea what settings might cause this?
This is generally a symptom indicating a slow connection between the designer and the gateway (or, more rarely, an indication of misconfiguration on the gateway, such as an active directory user source bringing back tens/hundreds of thousands of users and roles).
The Diagnostics popup window you can open in the designer via the menu bar may have some useful information - check both timing and data flow, and also look in the output console for any logged error messages in the designer.
