Designer windows open off screen when using secondary screen

When I use the Ignition Designer on my external monitor, the edit windows (Tag Editor, Tag Creator, etc.) open on my primary screen. If I move the window to the secondary screen and close it, then next time it will open in a bad location. It will be either totally or partially off screen.

The problem doesn’t happen if I use the Designer on my primary screen, or make my external monitor the primary screen.

Every time.

Also, error message boxes pop up and I can see them in the taskbar, but can’t actually give them focus so I can’t read them sometimes.

My workaround has been to shift+right-click on the item in the taskbar and select Move. Then you hit an arrow key and the window snaps to your mouse.
