Is there a way to determine the last time a project was accessed / edited?

From what context/what are you attempting to do with this information?
We have a customer with an older gateway that we're migrating to a new virtualized platform. The problem is, that there are multiple suppliers who have projects on the old server, so we're trying to figure out what projects have been modified on the old server since the migration.
