My device is connected to the ignition gateway but I'm having bad tag values because all my tag requests are timed out. Still no requests are done if I look in the devices page under Status>Connections.
On your gateway, go in the Config tab then in the OPC UA - Device Connection, find your device and make sure it is: Type: Modbus TCP, Enabled = True and Status = Connected. I suspect your device is in Connecting or Disconnected mode.
What device are you connecting to? Some of your failures say DISCONNECTED which would indicate that the device was not connecting to the gateway or maybe the IP or port was incorrect.
The TIMEOUT errors can occur when you specify the wrong Unit ID (or fail to specify one when needed)
