Device Connected but Tags Bad

I have a Device which is showing Connected in the Gateway. However, when I attempt to create a tag the tag quality is Bad due to 'A low level communication error occured' I have tried refreshing the tags, deleting the old tags, but nothing works. Where can I look to help Diagnosis this issue?

First, make sure you are using the correct driver. That looks like a status message from a legacy driver. Modern ControlLogix and CompactLogix devices need the Logix driver.

Yes, that was it! I had recently flashed firmware on PLC to 20.19 and that puts me in the new driver category,
