Thank you very much for your advice on the meter’s overall low bound and overall high bound in Ignition Designer.

I have removed the bindings from the above-mentioned engineering limits and it is working as expected.

You have bindings on the various properties of the component; those bindings will not be automatically re-evaluated within the designer (unless you close and re-open the window). Remove the bindings and the component will keep the values you specified in the designer.

Those bindings are automatically created when you drag a tag in from the tag browser to create a component; it uses internal tag properties such as the engineering limits to define the values on components such as the meter.
