DNP Device Connected, Bad/Unavailable Quality After Update/Restart

After updating Ignition to v8.1.33 from 8.1.31, all of the DNP3 devices (40 of them) showed they were connected but all the tags showed either bad quality or unavailable. Multiple DNP driver module, Ignition restarts and server OS reboots were performed, the problem persisted. It is noted that on previous versions of Ignition, restarting the driver module and/or the gateway a few time resolved the issue. Ignition v8.1.33 was uninstalled, v8.1.31 installed and we rolled back to our 8.1.31 backups. After the rollback some of the DNP3 devices showed good quality data, others not, but after a couple more Ignition restarts all device tags had good quality. There were no entries in the logs related to this.
