We are using Ignition Edge (Perspective), communication with SEL-RTAC on DNP3.
We were not able to send Pulse commands (Binary Outputs) to RTAC. In RTAC we are receiving commands on LatchOn bit.
New DNP3 driver or legacy?

Thanks for looking into my issue.
We are using Ignition Edge platform V 8.1.28.
SEL RTAC is running latest firmware 151.
We are using DNP3 server in the RTAC, Ignition Edge HMI as a client.
I'm not sure Ignition V 8.1.28 is the new DNP3 or Legacy.
How are you trying to send the commands?
