One of our server is crashing due to a bad license, and the license file contains a typo, so is it on Ignition side or Sepasoft side?
Is this under the platform's licence key (pre-2023), or under a key supplied by Sepasoft like other 3rd parties (2023)? If the platform, contact IA. If the latter, contact Sepasoft.

Sepasoft will have to fix it. When they've done so, refresh the license at your server. If you cannot get to the licensing page, you may need IA support too.
I can get to the licensing page, but I was wondering if I should expect every license to crash and block the license URL
'Crashing' is not the symptom I would expect from a bad license restriction. Can you post an excerpt from the wrapper log on the failing system? Would help indicate where the fault lies.
Our support team resolved the license param issue but it may be useful for Paul's team to post the log message here.
maybe crashing was not the right term, but the module is Faulted, and this is causing the redundancy to fail, so my backup is no longer in sync, which can result in a real bad situation
